Series of sculptural installations

Cubic Universe brings together a series of sculptural structures built from recurring colours, geometric forms and symbolic fragments. The works move between furniture, playground structures, architectural models and imagined objects, sharing a visual vocabulary in which individual elements are continuously assembled, rearranged and transformed.
Drawing loosely on the visual and tactile language of Montessori learning materials, the project considers how simple forms can operate as an open system for constructing objects and environments. Familiar scales and functional references suggest possibilities of touch, play and interaction, while remaining deliberately ambiguous in their use.
